A supportive community for women who want to live with more calm, clarity, and self-trust — without fixing themselves

You don’t need another program to complete.
You don’t need to work harder on yourself.
And you don’t need to do this alone.

Beyond Overwhelm is a membership community for women who are tired of managing anxiety in isolation and ready to practice a different way — together.

This is a space to slow down, learn gently, and stay connected while you build a more grounded relationship with your nervous system and your life.

You’re not joining a course.
You’re joining a community.

Many women arrive here feeling capable on the outside —

and overwhelmed on the inside.

  • You likely already understand your anxiety.

  • You may have tried therapy, podcasts, books, or tools.

  • And yet, when stress shows up, your nervous system still takes over.

What’s often missing isn’t insight or effort — it’s ongoing support and practice in a safe relational space.

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

Regulation is learned in relationship.

To go from feeling overwhelmed and disconnected

...

To living a life filled with purpose and meaning

To go from struggling with trauma and anxiety

...

To embracing a calm and fulfilling existence

To go from doubting yourself and your decisions

...

To confidently aligning your actions with your values

There is a path forward to manage stress and live your desired life.

Hi, I'm Dr. Marlinda Pruden!

a licensed psychologist with training in anxiety, trauma, ACT, and nervous system–informed care.

In this space, I don’t act as your therapist.

I act as a guide, educator, and facilitator — helping hold a container where learning and regulation can happen safely in community.

"Dr. Marlinda is always there to listen and support me. I truly appreciate having her to help me cope with stress from work and life."

What Beyond Overwhelm Actually Is

Beyond Overwhelm is a membership-based community where women come together to practice nervous-system–informed skills, values-based living, and self-compassion — at a human pace.

Education matters here, but it’s secondary.
Connection, consistency, and safety come first.

Inside the membership, you’ll find:

🌿 A steady community of women

Women who are thoughtful, capable, and tired of pretending they’re “fine.”
You don’t have to explain yourself here.

🌿 Monthly live video calls

Twice a month, we meet live for:

  • gentle teaching
  • guided practice
  • reflection
  • shared learning (no pressure to speak)

These calls help you stay connected and grounded — not just informed.

🌿 Monthly community support focus

Each month, we focus on a shared theme (e.g. overwhelm, boundaries, rest, values, self-trust), so you’re not constantly starting over or wondering what to work on next.

🌿 An evolving educational library

Short, accessible lessons you can return to when you need them — not a program you have to “keep up with.”

  • You engage at your own pace.
  • You take what’s useful.
  • You’re allowed to be human.
"Dr. Pruden is always so encouraging and helpful! She is a wonderful listener and guides you to finding your own answers. It is clear she is very knowledgeable and experienced."

How this is Different from Therapy or Self-Help

Beyond Overwhelm is not therapy — and it’s not self-help either.

  • No diagnosing

  • No fixing

  • No pressure to share personal details

  • No expectation that anxiety has to disappear before life begins

Instead, we focus on:

  • nervous system literacy

  • practical regulation skills

  • acceptance without resignation

  • values-based living

  • learning in community

This work supports therapy beautifully — and for many women, it’s the missing middle ground between insight and daily life.

Who this Membership is For

This space tends to resonate with women who:

  • feel overwhelmed but functional
  • want support without being pathologized
  • value compassion and structure
  • are tired of doing growth alone
  • want to practice, not perform healing

It may not be a fit if you’re looking for:

  • a quick fix
  • intensive trauma processing
  • a rigid step-by-step program
  • constant accountability or pressure
"Dr. Pruden was very easy to talk to and calming. She gave me some great resources and techniques to help improve my day-to-day struggles to lead to a happier lifestyle."

 If You're Longing for:

  • Steadiness instead of starting over.
  • Connection instead of isolation.
  • Support without fixing.
  • Growth that feels sustainable.

You are welcome here.

You don't need to be ready.

You don't need to be confident.

You just need to be willing to show up - imperfectly.

 🌿 Why Community Matters

Most women don’t struggle because they lack insight.

They struggle because they’re trying to regulate, grow, and heal alone.

The nervous system doesn’t learn safety in isolation.
It learns through consistent, non-judgmental connection.

Community offers something individual tools can’t:

  • Normalization ("I'm not the only one")
  • Co-regulation
  • Shared language
  • Steadiness over time
  • Permission to move at a human pace

In Beyond Overwhelm, you’re not asked to perform your healing or share more than you want. You’re invited to practice being present with others who get it.

When women feel less alone, their nervous systems soften.
When nervous systems soften, clarity and choice return.

That’s why community isn’t a bonus here — it’s the foundation.
