Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternate Nostril Breathing is a yoga breathing technique. The technique is designed to alleviate pressure in the nasal sinuses as well as reduce our stress and boost our mood. You can practice this skill by breathing in through one nostril while keeping the other closed. Then you switch by opening up the other nostril and breathing through the open one. Do this for a few breaths or minutes. Don't do this skill if you are experiencing the blockage in your sinuses and cannot breathe.
