Outsmart Procrastination
Procrastination usually shows for people when we are either feeling overwhelmed or shut down. At either end of this spectrum, it can take finding the right leverage to assist us taking the next step toward your goal. One leverage point may be reminding yourself of the ‘why’ that this action is important so drawing it back to your values. Another leverage point is to rest up gain the energy needed to do the thing, or apply pressure by leaning on a friend for accountability.
