Cold Water Tip for Stress

Today’s skill is a quick fix for stopping stress in its tracks. You may be surprised how effective this skill is given how easy it is to do. This is the cold water splash. You heard me right, splash cold water in your face. Why does it work? Because you have hundreds of nerves in your face (including the vagus nerve) that when you shock them with cold water, it resets. Kind of like turning a cell phone off and then back on again. If you want to dial this skill up a notch, put some ice in a bowl with water and submerge your face.
