It is important to know your stress type. Are you feeling activated, shut down, or in the middle range? Check in with your nervous system today. When you practice noticing, you can build a foundation to support your nervous system over time. 

Steer away from mental health diagnosis and toward honoring the deep wisdom of your own body's cues.  Then you can add in coping skills that match and can help quickly. Awareness is the first step.
